日擬借貸企業借民宅屋頂發電

日經新聞報導，日本經濟產業省計劃以低利貸款給企業，用來租借住宅屋頂安裝太陽能發電設備。

報導引述經濟產業大臣茂木敏充說，經產省計劃透過日本政策投資銀行（DBJ）等政府金融機構提供貸款。茂木敏充22日將宣布這項計畫。

報導說，根據計畫，企業可出售裝在住宅屋頂的太陽能面板所生產的電力。屋主因出借屋頂空間，每年可獲得2萬日圓（195美元）租金。
