經建會強化審議流程管控

經建會今日表示，行政院交辦給經建會審議或研提意見案平均每年約四百件，為有效管控，已於去年十一月九日訂定「辦理院交議案件審議作業原則」，供各審議單位遵循，並按週追蹤進度，目前審議時程已明顯縮短。

經建會說，以今年一至四月行政院交付審議及研提意見案為例，案件總計一一四件，其中已完成審議並函復行政院案件計九十三件，比重達八成以上，審議日數平均約一個月。

經建會預估，待今年六月底本會院交議管控系統一旦建置完成，因對複雜計畫與逾期案件具有自動預警與催辦功能，可有效落實管控作業，進一步提升行政效率。
