LED inside：LED封裝市場產值達125億美元

根據全球市場研究機構TrendForce旗下綠能事業處LEDinside指出，2013年LED封裝市場產值達125億美元，2014年將達到133.9億美金，年成長率為7%。2014年LED市場亮點仍以平板電腦與智慧手機背光應用為主，照明應用部分以工程、商用、戶外照明市場成長最為顯著。

根據LEDinside統計，LED用於電視背光的滲透率將會在2013年達到95%。受到滲透率飽和以及終端電視銷售成長趨緩影響，2014年LED於電視背光產值將首度面臨下滑。

2013年平板電腦受到傳統淡季影響，加上通路庫存水位高，第三季出貨不如預期，全年出貨下修到一億九千六百萬台，年出貨成長由年初預估的33.6%下降至31.1%，可見平板出貨已稍微降溫，儘管未來平板電腦成長速度趨緩，但相較其他IT產品仍有很大成長空間。LEDinside預估2013~2017年LED於平板電腦背光應用上產值年複合成長率為8%。
