台北灣邀MOMO明星站台　衝10月檔期

【劉曉霞／台北報導】10月初開案的「台北灣~江南大宅」衝刺10月檔期，今天下午舉行趣味手臘DIY、小丑摺汽球、現烤美味BBQ活動，明天下午邀請MOMO明星和人手帶動唱，現場還有抽烏克麗麗、下午茶點等活動。

「台北灣~江南大宅」專案經理陳慶龍說，由於今天舉辦活動，現場來人較平日假日增加4成，現場人氣相當旺，他透露，開案至今不到2周，銷售已近2成，買氣相當不錯。
