威力纖案 製藥副執行長仍收押

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北16日電）台北地檢署偵辦威力纖案，製藥業者云丰生技副執行長林明融遭收押後提抗告，台灣高等法院發回更裁。台北地院今裁定羈押禁見。

檢調10月間搜索約談，其中菁茵荋公司總經理曾心怡、云丰生技負責人黃振康及研發部總經理葉枚耕，依違反藥事法，分別以新台幣200萬元、300萬元、200萬元交保，其他涉案人訊後請回、菁茵荋公司股東連惠心250萬元交保。

辦案人員指出，清查菁茵荋多項保健產品後發現，不只「威力纖」疑含禁藥，產品「7Slim」也疑有禁藥成分，為調查製成膠囊過程及配方，再次傳喚黃振康及葉枚耕並向台北地院聲押遭駁回。檢方複訊林明融後聲押，台北地院日前裁定收押。

林明融不服提起抗告，台高院認為裁定對羈押理由有部分未說明，因此發回北院更裁，台北地院今天仍認定，他有串供之虞，仍裁定羈押禁見。1021116
