ClassNK發行雙相不銹鋼銲接規範

日本海事協會（ClassNK）宣布發行新版雙相不銹鋼銲接規範（Guidelines on the Welding of Duplex Stainless Steels），主要是為船舶建造安全和更有效運用新雙相不銹鋼，以因應越來越多船廠將雙相不銹鋼做為化學船貨艙的建造材料。

該協會表示，雙相不銹鋼含有鐵素體和奧氏體的雙相顯微構造，比起SUS 304和SUS 316L這類奧氏體不銹鋼，其含鎳量較低，兼具高防蝕性和高強度的特性。

據悉，採用不銹鋼做為貨艙材質的化學船，絕大多數皆來自日本船廠，且近來有越來越多日本船廠選用高防蝕性和高強度的雙相不銹鋼來替代奧氏體不銹鋼。

該協會對此表示，在船廠使用雙相不銹鋼來建造船舶之前，必須先取得銲接程序規範（Welding Proce-dure Specification,WPS）認證，為了簡化認證程序及推廣全球船廠能廣泛使用雙相不銹鋼，該協會於十四日發布了符合NK規則的新版雙相不銹鋼銲接規範，內容記載了WPS認證及銲接程序資格檢定（Welding Procedure Qualification Tests）要求事項之綜合概要，包括銲接雙相不銹鋼時，應注意的預防措施，期望能協助船廠運用新材料的優勢，建造新一代更安全且更具效率的化學船。
