地政士法修正案 馬總統支持政院提覆議

立法院休會前通過地政士法修正案，可能衝擊房價實價登錄制度，行政院今天決定提出覆議，行政院長江宜樺11時將舉行記者會對外說明。

總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬英九總統事先曾與江宜樺討論過，也了解問題，總統府支持行政院提出覆議案。

地政士法爭議 政院決定覆議

新修正的地政士法可能衝擊房價實價登錄制度，行政院今天決定提出覆議，行政院長江宜樺11時將舉行記者會對外說明。

這是總統馬英九2008年執政以來，政府第2次提出覆議案，上次提出覆議案是去年6月針對會計法修法提覆議。

立法院3日三讀修正通過地政士法部分條文，未來地政士登錄有誤，若經檢舉或糾正，只要在期限內修正資訊就不會受罰。

內政部長李鴻源曾表示，新修正的地政士法會對實價登錄造成困擾，若蓄意提供不正確資訊將對房地產造成衝擊。

中華民國憲法增修條文規定，立法院對行政院移請覆議案，應於送達15日內作成決議。如為休會期間，立法院應於7日內自行集會，並於開議15日內作成決議。
