華府難題：NSA資料該放哪裡？

美國總統歐巴馬日前宣布改革國安局 (NSA)監控計畫。華府官員說，如今NSA所蒐集的大量資料需要找新地方儲存，成了讓官員頭痛的難題。儘管大型電信企業曾明白表示，他們會謹慎保管資料，但如果把資料放在電信公司手上，政府就無法立刻取用，讓監控的力量大打折扣。
