馬建堂在新聞發布會上說，當前中國的國民經濟仍然存在一些值得注意和努力解決的矛盾和問題。

中國審計署去年底公布，2013年年中，由地方政府負有償還和擔保責任的債務規模較2010年末摸底時增加了67%，至人民幣17.9萬億元（合2.95萬億美元）。

中國央行上周四說，將通知銀行業減少向管理不善的地方融資平臺公司進行放貸，但將支援那些治理規範的地方平臺公司的融資。(R01)
