根據21日今日美國網站報導，陷入困境的黑莓公司傳出將裁員4,500人的消息，周五股票交易因而叫停。

華爾街日報週三曾報導黑莓將裁員40％，而美聯社和彭博新聞社引用和公司方面接近人士的說法，提出這項具體的數字。
