為鼓勵民眾分享與家中犬貓間的生活互動，進而觸動巿民愛護動物的天性，台北市政府舉辦『2013臺北市我愛毛小孩MV徵選比賽』，希望響應以認養代替購買的行動，為流浪動物們尋得溫暖的家，提升他們被認養的機會。活動分為投稿、網路投票以及評審3個階段，歡迎民眾將與家中毛小孩的互動，拍攝或剪輯成3分鐘內的MV影片，上傳到YouTube，即日起到102年10月31日止。
