美財政僵局攪局　聯準會本月減碼QE無望

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】向來持鷹派立場的達拉斯Fed總裁費雪（Richard Fisher）表示，由於美國財政僵局，連他也很難在本月底的政策會議上主張縮減購債規模。

美國聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open Market Committee，FOMC）將於本月29~30日召開例會。費雪表示，由於財政僵局的影響，本月減碼QE的時機過於敏感，預計美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）本月不會宣布減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）。

Pantheon Macroeconomics首席經濟學家薛佛森（Ian Shepherdson）指出，Fed將面臨領導權過渡階段，葉倫（Janet Yellen）明年3月將主持她上任後首場政策會議，可能不會急於採取行動，預估可能要等到明年6月才可能開始縮減QE。
