監委調查軍方閒置空間資源規劃運用

監察院發出新聞稿指出，國防部自82年推動「十年兵力規劃」，迄今20年間，歷經多次組織及兵力結構調整。隨著兵力銳減，軍方原先使用的部分土地、營區、彈藥庫及演習場地，成為閒置空間，監察委員黃煌雄今日申請自動調查，將深入瞭解國防部是否善盡管理職責，妥善利用軍方土地資源。

監委表示，國防部自82年起陸續推動「十年兵力規劃」、「精實案」、「精進案兩階段」等兵力調整方案，同時也歷經「國防二法」、「國防六法」的實施，國軍組織與兵力結構經過空前的調整，許多空間釋出。

為使國有土地資源能發揮最大效益，監察院將深入調查國防部對於閒置空間資源的規劃運用，與國家政策及地方發展需求是否有效連結，並釐清相關行政責任。
