【游芳男／宜蘭報導】2013宜蘭鴨鄉鴨香活動中的「第1屆創意鴨肉、蛋烘培伴手禮」競賽，包括國立蘇澳水產職校、羅東高商等4校6組學生是報名競技，競賽第 1階段評審（佔總分80分），今天在羅東聖母護校進行，學生們展示事先完成的作品一較高下，經評審，最後是由蘇水水產食品科、羅商餐飲科以72分同為最高分。
 
宜蘭畜產科長吳銘鋒說：參賽學生們均發揮創意，將鹹蛋、及皮蛋、鴨肉，變成午茶點心的杏仁鴨香塔、皮蛋果仁塔、鴨香鹹派、黑皮鴨等，還有走復古風的古味鹹蛋糕、鴨肉狀元酥，其中，更有學生直接將整粒皮蛋入餡的皮蛋酥，與融合了鴨蛋、鹹蛋黃及鴨賞混搭風的鴨香蛋糕，真是挑戰大家味蕾。
 
另外，競賽第二階段（佔總分20分）評比，將於11月2日在羅東中山公園的鴨鄉鴨香活動開幕式中，由現場100位來賓、民眾試吃給分，兩階段總分最高者為冠軍。
