不畏美政局動盪 新興高收債持續反彈

美債上限危機進入倒數計時，但由於市場大多認為美國政治僵局終將有解，加上造成市場波動的非經濟因素，因此近一周風險性債券表現不跌反漲，又以新興市場債表現較亮眼；專家分析，除是新興債先前跌多反彈外，由於美國經濟情勢陷入動盪，也促使資金轉向新興市場降低風險。

根據歷史數據顯示，過去2011年美國面臨舉債上限的市場修正期間，包含新興市場高收益債等新興市場債券跌幅在2%之內，修正幅度相對低於美國高收益債與股票市場。此外，在美債務上限問題獲得解決後，新興市場高收益債隨後12個月之報酬率更達近7.5%。
