專家籲政府：查緝3精1水酒

【顏怡今／高雄報導】屏東科技大學農學院長吳明昌、高雄餐旅大學助理教授陳千浩及屏科大施貽甄博士3位酒類專家，與7家曾在國際酒賽中得獎的農村酒廠宣布成立「台灣農村釀酒特攻隊」。針對市面充斥3精1水酒（酒精、糖精、香精加水），專家表示相當憂心，將在臉書粉絲團解答消費者對於各種酒的問題，也呼籲政府嚴加查辦劣質酒。
 
針對近來爆發大統「米酒沒有米」事件，吳明昌表示：「3精1水酒的酒品早已普遍存在，但政府未嚴格把關酒標標示。」陳千浩則說：「市售低於100元的威士忌或葡萄酒，總讓我心驚膽跳，因為一瓶0.5公升、酒精濃度40％的威士忌訂價89元，扣掉稅金50元，只剩下39元，業者如何支應製酒成本？」他表示，便宜的酒就很有可能添加了香精和食用酒精。
