機械業慘 籲加速兩岸貨品協商

（中央社記者許湘欣台北29日電）2013年兩岸精密機械產業合作及交流會議今登場。台灣區機器工業同業公會理事長徐秀滄指出，中國大陸為台灣機械業出口最大市場，期望兩岸儘速進行貨品貿易協商。

徐秀滄表示，今年台灣機械出口不理想，尤其大陸是台灣最大出口市場，雙方應有更緊密的交流合作。兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）早收清單後，兩岸仍有600到700項機械設備與零組件未降至零關稅，希望政府儘速推動ECFA後續貨品貿易協商。

台灣區機器公會秘書長王正青進一步指出，今年前9月台灣工具機出口值較去年同期衰退近19%，整體機械設備則減少4.9%，今年可說是繼2009年以來，最不好的一年。

尤其，台灣工具機出口雖排名世界第四，但高階產品市場其實都還是德國、日本天下，台灣在日、韓匯率貶值與兩國擁有較多自由貿易協定、零關稅優勢下，處境更為艱難。

他認為，大陸仍是工具機最大消費與進口國，兩岸應加速在高端機床合作，若擷取雙方優點，兩岸未來應該有機會與日、德競爭。1021029
