謝依涵奪2命判死　家屬：該死

【丁牧群／台北報導】媽媽嘴咖啡前店長謝依涵謀財害2命，士林地院今判謝女死刑，死者陳進福的妺妹等家屬，在法庭內聽到謝依涵被判死刑，立刻低聲說：「該死！」

死者張翠萍的弟弟張致和走出法庭時不斷拭淚，隨即代表2名死者家屬對媒體說：「8個月來家屬真的身心煎熬，今天聽到這判決，家屬心裡非常安慰，感謝法官公正的判決。」

張還表示，已向謝依涵提出附帶民事求償1500萬元，也希望檢方繼續追查有無其他共犯。
