蔡正元挺連惠心　諷檢方查案是烏龍

【何哲欣／台北報導】國民黨榮譽主席連戰女兒連惠心代言的保健食品「威力纖Plus」遭質疑違法添加Cetilistat成分，以加強減肥瘦身效果，不過藍委蔡正元今天下午質詢時說，依照現行《藥事法》的定義，Cetilistat只能算是一種成分，不算是藥品，當然就不能算是偽藥、禁藥，不知道是誰說它是禁藥，查案查到最後可能只是一場烏龍。

蔡正元說，不論美國或是歐盟，都未將Cetilistat列為藥品，不知道衛生福利部的認定從何而來，現在檢調還大張旗鼓調查，法務部到底懂不懂藥？檢察官一副司法英雄的樣子，但其實找不到任何辦案理由，從頭到尾可能是誤會 。

衛生福利部長邱文達答詢說，對此案沒有任何立場，只是受到委託，幫忙檢驗威力纖是否含有Cetilistat。
