殺2人判死刑　謝依涵低頭無語

【法庭中心／綜合報導】新北市八里區媽媽嘴咖啡前店長謝依涵今年2月，下藥迷昏殺害富商陳進福、張翠萍夫婦，再盜領張女存款，遭士林地檢署求處死刑，士林地院今依強盜殺人判處謝依涵死刑。
 
一早就被提解到法院等候聽判的謝依涵，在聆聽判決結果前，先深呼吸一口氣，當聽到審判長當庭判她死刑，謝依涵面無表情，隨即低頭無語。
