立院三讀通過　台紐經濟合作協定

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今晚三讀通過台紐經濟合作協定（ANZTEC）。根據經濟部評估報告，預期未來生效、且降稅期程執行完畢後，將使台灣國內生產毛額（GDP）增加3.03億美元、社會福利成長1.84億美元，實質總出口增加6.24億美元，實質總進口增加6.06億美元，總就業增加6255人次。

至於對台灣個別產業影響，台灣製造業產值預估可成長300億元，其中以半導體、鋼鐵初製品、光電等產業受惠最多。不過，農業部門產值將減少35億元，為我國整體農業產值的0.29%。為了降低衝擊，政府在談判時，已爭取到479項農產或農產加工品以2至8年時間分階段消除關稅，或採關稅配額，並將11項稻米相關產品列為排除項目，以維護農民權益。
