董座遭逼退？ 中華電：與葉匡時無關

交通部長葉匡時遭立委蔡正元爆料，曾在去年7月要求中華電信董事長李炎松在15天內，買下神腦國際總裁林保雍的股票，但經中華電信內部討論後沒買，葉匡時則在去年12月施壓要李炎松退休。對此，中華電信今(16)日召開臨時記者會表示，李炎松去職與神腦無關，並沒有遭葉匡時「逼退」一事。

中華電信行銷處協理胡學海指出，中華電信與神腦國際在展店策略上意見兩極化，中華電信當時掌握28%神腦的股權，而神腦總裁林保雍則擁有38%，因此葉匡時才在去年7月找雙方一同協商，建議中華電「提高對神腦的持權」，成為神腦的最大股東，或「改為純業務合作」，降低為零持股。

中華電信業務執行副總謝繼茂說，事後中華電信內部召集6人小組研議後，決定維持現狀，但定期與神腦溝通協調，目前雙方協調後維持中華電「直營門市」、神腦「特約門市」的經營方式，神腦也可獨家與中華電合作，兩方已達成共識。

謝繼茂強調，此事已回報給葉匡時，去年兩邊協調完畢後，葉匡時就沒有再找雙方協調過。
