受刑人捐贈器官 社會爭議仍大

行政院會今日通過衛生福利部重新提出的「人體器官移植條例」部分條文修正草案，未來活體肝臟移植，不需要經主管機關審查，即可實施，有助爭取時效。

不過，因社會上對對特定受刑人進行器官勸募的規定仍有意見，故該院會決議，由政委張善政再召集相關部會協商，並請衛福部將受刑人器官捐贈的國際慣例、作法、依據及國內各種意見，妥善說明並確定政策立場後，再提院會討論。

衛福部指出，鑑於死刑犯器官捐贈涉及醫療、倫理、法律、實務需求等層面及敏感的死刑存廢議題，尚須時間蒐集各界意見及充分討論，於取得共識前，該條例草案修正條文暫維持不變。
