尾牙獨漏蔡英文　到底邀請了沒？

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨中央昨晚在北區海霸王舉辦年終尾牙宴，包括黨主席蘇貞昌、行政院前院長游錫堃、律師顧立雄都到場同歡，行政院前院長謝長廷也短暫出席，前副總統呂秀蓮也有接獲邀請，卻因另有行程而缺席，獨獨民進黨前主席蔡英文沒有出席，引發關切。
 
蔡辦發言人洪耀福昨說，確實沒接到邀請，「黨中央可能太忙了，尊重、體諒，這是小事」。不過民進黨秘書處主任張郁仁表示，黨部每年尾牙餐會，都是透過傳真的方式邀請歷任黨主席、中評、執委及貴賓，黨部秘書處也的確在1月13日早上九點許傳真邀請函給蔡辦，不知道蔡辦的人為何會說沒有？
 
張郁仁說，去年社會氣氛不佳，黨中央沒辦尾牙，僅在農曆年後由蘇貞昌個人出面掏腰包辦走春請黨工同樂，今年恢復辦尾牙，他在特別請教黨部同仁後，依例以傳真方式邀請歷任黨主席，張也特別解釋，事後沒有確認邀請，「是擔心被解讀成去討紅包、禮物，怕不好意思。」
