安全效率顧慮 越南首座核電廠喊停

越南國營媒體今天(16日)報導，基於安全和效率的顧慮，越南第一座核子電廠的興建將延後6年。

由於國內煤礦和水力發電不足，面對日益增加的電力需求，越南極需開發新的能源。

根據亞洲開發銀行(Asian Development Bank)估計，在2015年以前，越南的電力需求每年將增加14%，到2020年前都將穩定維持在成長11%。

越南之前已經把首座核子電廠的合約給了俄羅斯公司，第二座則是給日本。

位於東南部寧順省的第一座核電廠原本將在今年年底動工。但越南青年報(Tuoi Tre)引述總理阮晉勇(Nguyen Tan Dung)在一項政府會議中的談話報導，為了確保安全和達到效率標準，越南首座核電廠將延後到2020年才興建。

越南政府原本設定在2030年前建造完成7座核子電廠，但由於2011年日本大地震引發的福島核電廠危機，使得越南對核子電廠安全產生疑慮。
