歐盟限令Google數周內提案和解反壟斷案

歐盟對Google發出嚴詞警告，提醒Google只剩數周可就反托辣斯案尋求和解。

歐盟的反壟斷主管官員阿爾穆尼亞（Joaquin Almunia）表示，Google可提出計畫來處理歐盟對Google網路搜尋違反托辣斯法規的疑慮，只剩下最後機會。

阿爾穆尼亞說：「我正在等待解決此案的最後機會。」他上月「不接受」Google提出的最新提案，目前正等待Google的回覆。他說：「我們需要更多（回覆），不是明年，而是未來數周就要。我尚未收到答案。」

這番言論是歐盟迄今對Google釋出最強烈的訊號，顯示Google的時間不多，歐盟可能即將對Google提出正式告訴，罰款可高達Google全球營收的10%。

阿爾穆尼亞原本曾表示，他希望與Google在春季之前達成和解，但在Google的競爭同業與消費者團體批評Goolge的最新提案之後，阿爾穆尼亞提高施壓，表示Google如果沒有改善，監管當局將「採取傳統途徑」，對Google正式提告。
