MBK 16.5億美元收購ING南韓事業

私募股權業者MBK夥伴公司同意以1.84兆韓元（16.5億美元）現金，收購荷蘭國際集團（ING Groep）的南韓保險事業，使荷蘭國際一年半來撤出亞洲市場的計畫接近完成。

根據26日宣布的協議，荷蘭國際仍將保留南韓保險事業10%股權，並允許MBK使用ING品牌五年。

出售南韓事業將使荷蘭國際只剩日本保險事業等待出售，更接近達成與歐盟監管當局的協議，即在2013年底前出售逾50%的亞洲事業。

荷蘭國際自2008年接受國家紓困以來，已拆解過去盛行的銀行兼營保險模式，並宣布裁員數千人和其他削減成本措施。荷蘭國際為了償還紓困金，已從出售保險、投資管理等資產籌措約230億歐元（310億美元）。
