刮刮樂大紅包 至今無人兌領

台灣彩券公司今年農曆春節推出的「＄2600萬大紅包」刮刮樂熱銷一空，但2600萬頭獎得主至今仍未出現，台彩公司表示，兌獎期限至今年十一月五號下午五點為止，如果超過期限沒有兌領，獎金歸入公益彩券盈餘繳入國庫。（黃悅嬌報導）

台彩公司總經理黃志宜表示，農曆春節期間台彩推出的史上最高額頭獎獎金刮刮樂，上市五天內即批售一空，但截至目前為止，頭彩2600萬元仍未有人出面兌領。經他向各地經銷商打聽的結果，少數經銷商手邊還留有一、兩本的「＄2600萬大紅包」刮刮樂，不想拿來賣也還未刮開，推估剩下數量不到十本；另外，也可能是民眾買了刮刮樂後還沒刮，甚至不排除有民眾誤以為沒中獎而丟棄。他提醒，兌獎期限至今年十一月五號下午五點截止，如果到時沒有人出面領取，2600萬元獎金將歸入國庫做公益。『頭獎金額是2600萬，截至目前為止，這位幸運中獎人至今仍未向中信銀完成兌領手續，據我個人了解，有的經銷商手上還有一兩本在手上情況。』

黃志宜說，「＄2600萬大紅包」刮刮樂現在在坊間的彩券行已買不到，一名台彩業代手上還有一張未刮開的刮刮樂，逢人即展示，有經銷商願出10萬元買下，他不願割愛。
