BB彈射11車 警逮3人送辦

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣26日電）楊梅7月出現BB彈怪客，11輛自小客受損；警調閱監視器，今天逮林姓男子等3人，他們供稱無聊才下手，警方訊後將3人送辦。

楊梅民眾7月24日清晨發現在金山街及中山北路一段，有11輛自小客車遭破壞，但車內財物未失竊。警方獲報前往處理，並依車窗玻璃破裂情形研判是BB槍射擊，可能為隨機毀損案。

楊梅警分局隨後指派專人偵辦，經調閱百餘支監視器，發現涉案人疑騎乘兩輛機車，隨意持BB槍向路邊車輛射擊。

警方今天循車號查獲林姓等3名男子涉案，林男說，因為夜間遊蕩無聊，一時好玩，才會沿路掃射路邊車輛。警方訊後將全案依違反社會秩序維護法及毀損罪嫌，將3人函送桃園地檢署偵辦。1020826
