北台灣平價宅　北市中山、新北淡水最多

【張菱育／台北報導】據內政部實價揭露資料顯示，台北市住宅總價在600萬元以下的成交物件佔整體的10.59%，其中中山區交易量最多；新北市的則為27%，其中淡水區的平價宅最多；桃園縣則佔59.38%，桃園市交易量最多。

台灣房屋智庫研究員洪佩君表示，總價300 ~600萬元間的平價宅，台北市以套房成交量居多，佔北市平均交易量的4成左右；新北市的中古公寓及大樓，則分別佔新北市整體的35.75%和38.37%；桃園為中古大樓則佔54.47%，顯示愈往南走愈買得起條件更好的產品。
