今年出席APEC？ 馬總統：條件不夠

馬英九總統今天接受ＴＶＢＳ專訪時表示，今年他親自出席亞太經合會（ＡＰＥＣ）領袖會議的「條件還不夠」，因為「大陸在國際場合還是相當堅持」。政府會努力創造一些條件，看未來有沒有機會。

馬總統說，當初ＡＰＥＣ的設計，確實避開傳統國家「元首」、「總理」頭銜，改用「經濟體」，但「國際政治是很現實的，國際現實就是如此，我們不可能把這現實完全改變」。

不過馬總統也說，早年有時候一個國際會議，因為中華民國的總統要參加，別國的總統就不來了，「現在當然我們參加就職典禮，還不至於發生這樣的現象」。
