金磚五國即將成立緊急儲備基金

中國財政部副部長朱光耀27日表示，巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國和南非等所謂「金磚五國」（BRICS），將成立規模1,000億美元的緊急準備基金，以備金磚國家的不時之需。

這個基金名為「應急儲備安排」（CRA），朱光耀表示，北京當局將參加一個金磚五國領袖的非正式會議，討論CRA的安排及強化金融安全網以確保金融體系穩定等議題。

朱光耀說，金磚五國已就各國對CRA貢獻的金額、運作模式、管理結構和貸款措施達成協議，並表示CRA將有助於「提振信心」。

知情巴西官員透露，CRA的資金將來自金磚五國央行的準備金。一名官員透露，中國將出資410億美元，巴西、俄羅斯和印度各拿出180億美元，南非則提供50億美元。
