寵物超渡法會周六登場　邀超偶祈福演唱

由新北市議員周勝考所發起的「2013寵物水陸空超渡祈福法會暨寵物祈福演唱會」，將於本周六下午在板橋漢生東路體育場前廣場舉行，除了寵物法會與祈福演唱會外，也安排有施打狂犬病疫苗、寵物植晶片、寵物健檢與健康諮詢，寵物行為訓練講座，寵物認養，愛護動物生命講座等活動。並特別邀請超偶歌手劉行格及超級歌喉讚歌手林少緯舉辦祈福演唱會，現場獻唱為寵物祈福，為台灣安度狂犬病祈福。

周勝考表示，目前正值狂犬病防疫期，未施打狂犬病疫苗的流浪狗有可能成為防疫的漏洞，也容易造成民眾的不安與恐慌。有鑒於此，流浪動物之家基金會早已投入協助防疫的行列，主要在免費為流浪狗施打狂犬病疫苗，只要有愛心人士通報，並約好時間，流浪動物之家將派出獸醫師前往施打。

周勝考強調，活動當天將捐贈500條標有「102狂犬病防疫專用」的黃色項圈給流浪動物之家基金會，套在打過狂犬病疫苗的流浪犬身上，以作為標示，讓民眾放心，同時黃色項圈也如同黃絲帶般，象徵｢包容｣與｢祈福｣，也希望拋磚引玉，期待更多人捐贈防疫項圈，政府結合民間力量，一起為防治狂犬病盡心力。
