搭公車插隊與司機互告　老翁捐錢和解落幕

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市68歲楊姓老翁插隊搭公車，不滿39歲司機簡姓男子勸阻，當眾辱罵簡男三字經挨告涉犯公然侮辱，他反告簡男關車門不讓他走涉犯妨害自由。新北地檢署指司機關車門是防止公然侮辱現行犯逃離，今將簡男不起訴。

楊翁今年3月23日上午11時許，在捷運新埔站插隊搭公車，不理會排隊人群抗議。簡男到站開車門，見狀勸楊翁守規矩排隊，被楊翁用台語辱罵「幹你娘」、「屎你娘」等語。

簡男氣得關車門報警處理，與楊翁互告。楊翁先被起訴公然侮辱罪嫌，出庭審理願賠錢道歉，簡男表明不收，要楊翁直接捐3千元給公益團體並相互撤告，楊翁照辦，涉犯公然侮辱獲判公訴不受理，他也撤回對簡男的告訴。
