日本12年來開發的首款新火箭發射失敗

日本時隔12年後研發的首枚新型火箭Epsilon，27日發射失敗，未能升空，日本在航太衛星產業占有一席之地的希望，暫告破滅。

Epsilon本月二度嘗試發射，均未成功。

網路今天以日文和英文雙聲道轉播Epsilon於鹿兒島人造衛星發射場內之浦的發射實況。不過，倒數到最後一秒後，火箭並沒有升空。

日本宇宙航空研究開發機構（JAXA）表示，發射過程在倒數19秒時中斷。日本媒體說，宇宙航空研究開發機構發現「異常狀況」。

Epsilon是三節火箭，名稱代表希臘字母第5個字母ε，高24.4公尺、重91公噸，原本要載運望遠鏡上太空觀察太陽系。

日本研製的新型小型火箭採用人工智慧和電腦，能自我檢查系統。組裝迅速，降低人事和裝備的成本。

日本2001年曾推出H2A火箭。
