【短片】天兔暴風圈即將觸陸　東半部首當其衝

【張勵德／台北報導】強颱天兔暴風圈已經逼近台灣陸地，目前蘭嶼已經進入暴風圈範圍內，預計幾小時後暴風圈就會接觸到台灣陸地，氣象局持續提醒首當其衝的東半部地區及恆春半島風雨會明顯轉強，請民眾要特別留意。
 
根據氣象局最新警報資顯示，目前強颱天兔中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方300公里海面上，以時速19公里速度向西北西移動，暴風圈半徑維持280公里。目前陸上警戒區域仍維持台中以南地區、恆春半島及花東、蘭嶼綠島及澎湖，至於不在警戒區內的宜蘭也有機會出現超大豪雨威脅。
 
氣象局提醒，隨著暴風圈逐漸移入台灣，明天將是颱風影響最明顯的時候，強降雨區域也會逐漸蔓延到西南部地區。提醒宜花東、恆春半島、高屏及南投山區將大豪雨或超大豪雨，台中以北地區有豪雨或大豪雨，民眾要做好防颱準備。
