僑委會宏觀電視存廢　送朝野協商

【陳培煌╱台北報導】立法院外交及國防委員會今審查僑委會明年度預算，負責向海外僑胞宣傳政府政策的宏觀電視，績效遭民進黨立委邱議瑩、蕭美琴、陳唐山等人質疑，提案要求全數刪除相關預算，不過，國民黨立委林郁方與詹凱臣反對貿然拿掉宏觀電視業務。

林郁方強調，正值中共大規模拉攏僑胞，宏觀若突然停掉，政府就會落敗，國民黨身為執政黨也無法揹負這個十字架。

由於林郁方堅持國民黨的底線是宏觀相關預算不處理送朝野協商，若民進黨立委要刪除或凍結，他就要動員藍委在委員會表決。委員會最後決議有關宏觀電視相關預算保留不處理，送朝野協商。
