IDC（國際數據資訊）今天表示，台灣2013上半年的企業應用開發與布署（Enterprise Application Development and Deployment；EADD）軟體市場營收為1億965萬美元（約為32億6,478萬台幣），較2012年同期衰退2.5%。

IDC台灣市場分析師蔡宜秀指出，自2009年金融海嘯風暴後，企業應用開發與布署軟體市場一直呈現穩健成長，但在全球市場景氣持續不明、政府預算不斷縮減，以及企業對IT投資趨於保守、順延新的資訊應用導入時程等市場因素下，企業資料管理與資料檢索與分析軟體，於2013年上半首次出現下滑趨勢，預估市場景氣復甦腳步將較為緩慢。
