美國安局 駭進雅虎與Google海外網路

「華盛頓郵報」根據美國國家安全局（NSA）包商前雇員史諾登洩漏的政府機密文件與官員訪問，直指NSA秘密侵入雅虎與Google在各國數據中心之間的主要通訊連絡管道。

華郵引用史諾登爆料的秘密文件報導，NSA利用海外行動較不受限的優勢，截取美國大企業的資料，且規模超乎想像。

報導說，NSA利用這些數據的主要工具是名為「MUSCULAR」的專案，並與英國政府通訊總部（GCHQ）聯手運作。

NSA從雅虎和Google兩大入口網站數據中心，連接全球網路的光纖電纜與其它連接設備，截取資料，最近30天來共處理並匯回1.8億多筆新紀錄，包括電子郵件發信者與收件人，還有簡訊與影音等內容。

這項情搜計畫和先前被揭發的稜鏡計畫不同，稜鏡有法院命令，這項計畫則是走後門。

美國國安局長亞歷山大接受彭博資訊採訪時否認報導指控，宣稱國安局不准許從民間企業的伺服器裡擷取數據，必須有法院核可才行。
