男誣指女友吸毒　警反挨告獲不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市宋姓男子被父母懷疑與徐姓女友吸毒，張姓警員被宋男父母拜託強制兒子驗尿，但查詢宋男與徐女均無毒品前科，只能做罷。不料張員事後被徐女指涉誹謗與違反《個資法》，新北地檢署查明是宋男在外造謠徐女「有案底」，張員未洩漏任何個資，今將張員不起訴。

張員任職新北市中和第二警分局，今年6月7日值班時，宋姓男子被父母懷疑吸毒、並被兩老押來警局請求驗尿，由張員受理承辦。

張員依兩老提供的宋男與徐女身分證號查詢前科資料，發現兩人均無毒品前科，依法不能強制驗尿。

後來宋男不甘被徐女劈腿，在外造謠徐女「有案底」，宋男還宣稱是警員講的。徐女得知後，不告宋男反而直接告張員，宋男出庭承認造謠報復，還給張員清白。
