（中央社記者陳清芳台北31日電）衛生福利部昨天發出可疑油品下架的烏龍公文，衛生福利部今天公布懲處名單，食藥署區管中心潘志寬調離主管職務，提交考績會懲處。

衛生福利部昨天發出烏龍公文，衛福部長邱文達今天表達歉意，行政院長江宜樺要求今天檢討原因，若需要懲處，在下班前提出。

衛福部今天公布純油不純的檢驗結果，但昨天烏龍公文洩露37項可疑油品名單，風聲走漏。衛福部次長許銘能昨晚說，這是衛福部食品藥物管理署下午4時發出烏龍公文，誤將37件脂肪酸檢驗不符合的產品應「工廠稽查」當成「產品下架」。1021031
