【汪智博／台東報導】台東娜路彎酒店旁大草原金天上午舉行「台東縣議長盃」拔河賽，來自全縣各地56支勁旅，分成4組共同較勁，上千名民眾輪番上場廝殺，其中1名83歲婦人也前來參與，表示「輸贏不論，高興就好」。
