【王文傑／花蓮報導】「2013太平洋健康美食大賽」今天在花蓮台灣觀光學院舉辦決賽，共有10校70名餐飲科學生角逐冠軍「總舖師」寶座，但是要當總舖師必須要通過考驗，主辦單位開出3低1高（減油、減鹽、減糖、增纖）的條件，並在最後一刻才公布食材，參賽學生打開才發現有鱘龍魚等在地食材，大喊：「沒煮過鱘龍魚，挑戰性高，好刺激喔！」
