商周鮮奶檢驗對錯 食藥署：一周內公布

商業周刊趕在今天下午四點最後通牒到期前，赴食品藥物管理署遞交牛奶檢驗報告；對於發出最後通牒，食藥署署長葉明功重申，「我們不是說周刊錯，也沒懷疑教授，只是依法行政」。

「這件事情只有一個真相。」葉明功表示，這個真相不是食藥署或學者專家說了算，食藥署收到報告後，會在一周內邀請藥理與毒理專家開會，也會請當事人陳良宇副教授出席，一周內就會公布件事情的結果，「。如果商周是對的，我們就支持，不對的話，就要依法處理」。
