朱立倫：山坡住宅應進一步管理

針對內政部長李鴻源指稱新北市汐止區、新店區山坡地存在嚴重超限利用問題，必須擬定中長期計畫，一步步解決。

新北市長朱立倫上午到三重區參加青年住宅動土後表示，其實不只是汐止、新店，從民國70、80、90年代，早期對山坡地的管理比較鬆散，後來用比較嚴格的標準，對於早期的管理方式，的確應該要再加強處理。但李鴻源說的中長期計畫，應該不是要拆掉現有山坡地住宅，指的是安全維護，且將來再做一些進一步的處理，近幾年的法規已經相對非常嚴格，他想大家都很清楚。
