遠東科大收成蕃茄　募36萬元助弱勢

【王志弘／台南報導】遠東科大「幸福農場」收成，今天舉行愛心蕃茄競拍活動，學子端出新鮮番茄、有機蔬菜、番茄酥、番茄包叫賣，師長拋磚引玉，善款在歡樂聲中迅速累積，最後募得36萬元，將捐給北區家扶中心等社福團體。
 
副校長鐘明吉指出，開闢農場讓學生體驗下田勞動，自個收成找通路，「沒想到學生超會賣！」，賣到法院、警察局，連總統府每年都下訂單。今年預估產量超過兩萬斤，目前已收到4000盒訂單，營業額將衝破150萬。
