【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名李姓男子(23歲)3年前當兵時結交14歲女友致懷孕，被判1年、緩刑2年，在緩刑期間又讓另1名14歲女友懷孕墮胎，家屬控李男性侵，賠對方40萬元，在臉書還戲謔說「花錢消災」；高等法院認為他未從中得到教訓，未誠心悔悟，昨判2年徒刑、不給緩刑，可上訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，李男2010年入伍服役，當年12月與1名14歲國中少女交往致懷孕，其父母控告李男性侵，國防部北部軍事地方法院認定2人「合意性交」，輕判李男1年、緩刑2年，緩刑期間交付保護管束。李男退伍與另名國中少女交往，2011年9月與12月在友人住處與她性交，或在汽車後座搞車震，致少女懷孕又墮胎。
