十年徵信業報告 大陸8.2億人有信用檔案

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）今天公布「中國徵信業發展報告（2003-2013）」顯示，截至2012年12月底，金融信用訊息資料庫已為8.2億自然人與1,859.6萬戶企業建立信用檔案。

大陸央行表示，未來將大力發展徵信市場體系，初步建立符合社會主義市場經濟發展要求，競爭有序、運行安全與功能完善的徵信市場體系。

至於具體作為，報告指出，下一階段推進徵信工作要立足於以下六方面：第一是完善徵信法規體系；其次是大力發展徵信市場體系；第三是健全徵信管理體系，加強徵信市場管理，形成分類監管機制；第四是探索建立徵信宣傳教育體系；第五是構建徵信文化體系；最後是推進社會信用體系建設。
