雄檢傳喚日月光8員工 漏夜偵訊

日月光半導體公司涉嫌偷排廢水汙染高雄後勁溪，高雄地檢署展開偵辦，檢方12日發動兩波傳喚，上午約談相關設備水處理公司與設備廠商人員共5人，傍晚再約談日月光公司8人到案說明，檢方正漏夜偵訊。

檢方12日晚間7點展開第二波偵訊，傳訊日月光公司人員8人，8人在律師、環保警察陪同下到地檢署報到，有些人員到案時神色緊張，一下車見到媒體，就匆忙跑進偵查庭，面對媒體詢問不發一語。由檢察官吳明駿、陳秉志開庭訊問，庭訊進度相當緩慢，截至晚間9點，檢方才問完2人，現持續漏夜偵訊。
