公務員轉任私校的退職金　政府不再補助

【蔡永彬／台北報導】教育部表示，《學校法人及其所屬私立學校教職員退休撫卹離職資遣條例》已修正，明天起，退休公務員轉至私立學校任職後，教育部不再補助他們的私校退撫儲金，而改由聘用的私校負擔。舉例來說，假設公立大學某薪額頂級的教授退休後轉至私校，該私校每年要為他多付4140元；教育部估算影響人數有2445人，政府每年可以省1億元。

原條例規定，私校教職員退撫金的分攤比例是個人35％、學校儲金專戶26％、學校6.5％、政府32.5％，明天起將變成個人35％、學校儲金專戶26％、學校39％，廣義來說學校要負擔65％。私立大學校院協進會理事長、世新大學校長賴鼎銘認為，此舉將使私校聘用公校退休教師時慎重思考，但如果是聘用在領域內個中翹楚的學者，則還算值得。
